In consideration of NOPI.net’s acceptance of image submissions, agreement to post said images for view and review, and mutual participation in online programs, and for other good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, persons submitting images grant to NOPI.net, it’s legal representatives, agents and assigns, irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to post, host, use, reuse, publish and republish, in whole or in part, image submissions, portraits or photographs submitted for the purpose of participating in NOPI.net and it’s associated programs.  Persons submitting images to NOPI.net waive any right to inspect or approve said photos and other matters that may be used in conjunction therewith. By submitting images, participants release, discharge, hold harmless and agree to indemnify NOPI.net, it’s legal representatives, and assigns, and/or any other persons acting under permission or authority, without restriction, from any claim or liability by virtue of the use, blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in posting said images, processing, or any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or other causes of action. Participants acknowledge, agree and are aware that images submitted are posted on the World Wide Web by NOPI.net and expressly consent thereto, affirmatively requesting to participate and post.  Participants affirmatively state and represent that all images submitted belong to, and are the property of, the person or entity submitting said images, free of any right, claim, copyright or title by any other person or entity. Members acknowledge that any images submitted may be removed or deleted at any time by using personal page administration software functions and further, will be removed from NOPI.net upon request received by the NOPI.net Administrator.  This release is binding upon the heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of participating parties. Participants submitting images warrant that they are of the age of majority and have the capacity to contract. Members acknowledge reading the above release, agreement and authorization prior to approving the terms hereof and participating in the NOPI.net program.
